Noble County Community Foundation

The Noble County Community Foundation (NCCF) was organized in January of 2005 as an unincorporated division of the Marietta Community Foundation (MCF). As such, the NCCF will operate under the governing instruments of the MCF and will, thereby, have those characteristics legally required for component fund status and public charity classification in compliance with the Internal Revenue Code as it applies to community foundations. The purposes of the NCCF are to:
    a. Receive as component funds of the Marietta Community Foundation gifts, grants, or bequests for the benefit of both specific and broad community charitable interests for the communities within Noble County in Ohio and the surrounding area;
    b. Advise and assist donors who would benefit by use of the NCCF in the achievement of their charitable objectives;
    c. Make grants from community endowment funds to benefit worthy NCCF charitable, benevolent, cultural, religious, civic, health, scientific, and educational purposes.
