Welcome to NCCF.

What is Our Mission?

The Noble County Community Foundation provides opportunities for residents and others to make charitable gifts and bequests to improve the quality of life and to benefit activities occurring within the county and region. The Noble County Community Foundation will become the recognized leader in gathering and sharing resources that benefit the community.

Why is the Foundation needed?

The Noble County Community Foundation was founded in January 2005 as a public charitable foundation to provide opportunity for residents and others to make charitable gifts and bequests to improve the quality of life and benefit activities occurring in the county and the region. We are building a permanent endowment that will be used to support a variety of charitable programs to address the current and changing needs of local residents.

Noble County Community Foundation Scholarship Fund

The Noble County Community Foundation (NCCF) is pleased to announce the Noble County Community Foundation (NCCF) Scholarship Fund. The Noble County Community Foundation Scholarship Fund was established through major donations by the former Dr. Glen B. Taylor Scholarship program, by the former Edmund James Scholarship program and by community donations.
The NCCF is now ready to begin to make its Third awards from the program. Third awards will be made after the completion of the 2011-2012 school year and applications will be available on-line at the NCCF’s web site, www.nccfohio.org. The NCCF will be awarding two scholarships annually, one to a Shenandoah graduate and a second to a Caldwell graduate.
Although high school seniors will be eligible to apply, preference will be given to existing college students, including graduate/professional students. Deadline for submitting an application is 4:30pm on Monday, January 9, 2012.
